Easy Mexican Guajillo Salsa

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 4 -5 plum tomatoes
- 1⁄4 onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon minced garlic or 1 -2 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 -4 dried guajillo chilies (stem cut off)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and puree.
- Boil in a sauce pan till it turns dark red.
- Add to anything you'd like.
- Enjoy!
