Easy Mexican Guajillo Salsa

This you can use for Everything. You can use it for eggs, cactus (nopales), meatballs, chicken, even fish. Its all natural and very easy.

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 4 -5  plum tomatoes
• 1⁄4 onion
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  minced garlic or 1 -2  garlic clove
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 3 -4  dried guajillo chilies (stem cut off)

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in the blender and puree.
2. Boil in a sauce pan till it turns dark red.
3. Add to anything you'd like.
4. Enjoy!
