Easy Mediterranean Three-Bean Salad

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed (or any other white bean)
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, your choice drained and rinsed (I used white)
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped (also known as roma tomatoes)
- 1 green pepper, chopped (or any color you choose, red, yellow, orange)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt (optional to taste)
- 1 cup Italian dressing
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine pinto beans, great northern beans, black beans, corn, tomatoes, and celery salt (if using). Pour dressing over all and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and chill in fridge at least one hour. (the longer it chills. the better it is. Overnight is best.).
- serve and enjoy!
