Easy Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon dill
Directions
- melt butter over medium heat.
- add flour and mix until it becomes a paste like substance.
- turn heat up to medium-high.
- add wine and wisk quickly
- add salt, dill and lemon juice - continue wisking.
- add water (you can add more water to achieve desired thickness - remember it will thicken as it cools).
