Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked rice, cooled
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Combine imitation crabmeat, rice, and eggs in a large bowl.
- Stir in mayonnaise. If salad seems dry add more mayo.
- Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
