Easy Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream 'n Cookies

Yields: 1 1/2 quarts
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipping cream, whipped (do NOT use non-dairy whipped topping)
- 1 cup coarsely crushed Oreo cookies (12 cookies)
Directions
- In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla; mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream and cookies.
- Pour into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container; cover.
- Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
