Easy Hash Brown Potato Bake

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb) bag frozen hash browns, semi thawed
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 2 -3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion (or to taste)
- salt and black pepper (to taste, I use seasoned salt)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Set oven to 350 degrees F.
- Butter a casserole dish or baking pan enough to hold the ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients together adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a buttered casserole dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
