Easy Hamburger Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef, browned and drained
- salt
- pepper
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen southern hash browns
- 2 (10 3/4ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1⁄2 cups milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheese (Colby Jack, cheddar, etc)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown ground beef in a 12 inch skillet, season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Set aside.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray.
- Layer in the pan half the beef, half the hash browns, half the soup mixture and half the cheese. Repeat.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remover foil and bake another 30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.
- Allow it to sit for 10 minutes, then cut and serve.
