Easy Goulash

Traditional recipe that my mom made, still a huge hit today, even with all the picky grandkids!

  1. Boil and drain the macaroni and set aside.
  2. sautee the meat, drain any excess fat, set aside.
  3. Heat the oil and sauté the green peppers and onions for about 5 minutes.
  4. combine all ingredients and seasonings (add butter if you choose at this point) and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. serve with your choice of bread.
