Easy Goulash

This is so easy to shop for and so easy to make that I just have to share it. Very tasty, too! This recipe is the one my mother used while I was growing up, and has been a favorite of my kids. I usually double this recipe so there is some left for lunches. Show more

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles slightly al dente according to the package directions and drain.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, brown the ground beef with the onion and drain.
  3. Stir in the tomato soup and stewed tomatoes. I like to run a sharp knife through the can to break them up into smaller pieces.
  4. Add the cooked noodles and simmer for 15 minutes. The noodles will finish cooking and fatten up a bit.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste!
