Easy Goulash

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2ounce) can tomato soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
Directions
- Cook the noodles slightly al dente according to the package directions and drain.
- While the noodles are cooking, brown the ground beef with the onion and drain.
- Stir in the tomato soup and stewed tomatoes. I like to run a sharp knife through the can to break them up into smaller pieces.
- Add the cooked noodles and simmer for 15 minutes. The noodles will finish cooking and fatten up a bit.
- Salt and pepper to taste!
