Easy Flatbread/Crackers With Salt & Pepper

Ingredients
- 1 lb egg roll wrap
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Brush the wrappers, one at a time, with olive oil.
- Lay them on a baking sheet, make sure they don't touch.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool and serve!
