Easy Date and Pecan Ice-Cream

Its very easy to make and it stays in the freezer for along time.

Directions

  1. soak dates in milk for 15 seconds.
  2. Soften ice cream (not melt).
  3. Add dates, milk and the rest of the ingredients into the ice cream.
  4. Mix well .
  5. Set in a ring jelly mold and freeze.
  6. before serving drizzle honey and garnish with whole pecans.
