Easy Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff #2

Very easy to make. Tastes like moms!

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs  cubed beef stew meat
  • 1 (14 1/2ounce) can beef broth
  • 2 (10 3/4ounce) cans  condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1  cup cooking sherry
  • 2 (7 1/2ounce) cans  sliced mushrooms (I use large cans because I love mushrooms)
  • 1  medium onion (sliced or chopped)
  • 1  tablespoon  minced garlic
  • 1  lb  egg noodles
  • 8  ounces sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown meat in pan (season to taste) may coat with flour if desired.
  2. Add browned meat and remaining ingredients (except sour cream and noodles) to crock pot.
  3. Cook high for 4 hours and low for 4 hours.
  4. Add sour cream just after cooking time is complete and heat to warm.
  5. Serve over egg noodles.
