Ingredients
- 4 lbs beef roast
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 (10 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- Coleslaw (optional)
Directions
- Pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in the crockpot.
- Add beef.
- Cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours).
- Once cooked, pour off the vinegar, and shred the beef.
- Add bbq sauce and heat until sauce is warm, about 15 minutes.
- Serve on buns with cole slaw.
