Easy Creme Brulee

Yields: 6 dishes
Ingredients
- 8 egg yolks
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 1⁄3 cups granulated sugar
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Mix egg yolks with cream and white sugar.
- Heat in a waterbath until mixture starts to thicken.
- Pour into 6 small dishes/rammekins.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top and carmellize with a high power torch.
- Enjoy!
