Easy Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
- 1⁄2-1 cup heavy cream (use amount to give the creaminess you prefer)
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
- grated nutmeg, to taste
Directions
- Bring cream to a boil in a saucepan. Add the spinach and seasoning.
- Continue to cook until cream reduces to desired consistency. If cream dries up too fast, you can add more as needed.
