Easy Cream Cheese Lemon Bars

Yummy bar dessert or snack.

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/2ounce) box  yellow cake mix with pudding
• 1  large egg
• 1⁄3 cup  vegetable oil
• 8  ounces  softened cream cheese
• 1⁄3 cup sugar
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice
• 1  large egg (additional)

Directions

1. Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and 1/3 cup oil till crumbly.
2. Reserve 1 cup for topping.
3. Lightly Pat remaining mix in greased 13 x 9 pan.
4. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 egg till smooth.
6. Spread over baked layer.
7. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes more.
8. Cool. Cut into bars.
