Easy Crab Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 lb crabmeat, flaked
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- oil, as needed for frying
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients and shape into cakes of desired size.
- Fry in skillet at medium low heat in small amount of oil until golden brown, turning once.
