Easy Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients
- 1 lb corned beef, cooked
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 16 ounces frozen hash browns
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic powder
- salt
- pepper
- 3 eggs
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. add hash browns. Cook for 4 minutes without turning.
- Stir. Add corned beef, onion, red pepper. After it starts to cook down, add butter. Continue cooking over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, to taste.
- Make "holes" in the hash and fry the eggs until desired doneness.
