Easy Corn Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn (drained)
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans (drained, rinsed)
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel (I prefer "hot", but original recipe calls for "mild")
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with Tortilla chips or Pita chips. Refrigerate left overs for up to 3 days.
