Easy Chocolate Mousse

Needed a recipe for diabetic daughter that had little sugar this turned out perfect.

Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 2 -3  ounces  melted  unsweetened chocolate
  • 16  ounces  whipping cream
  • 14 teaspoon stevia
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 1  teaspoon  raw vanilla

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate (we use Ghirardelli 100% Cacao) in a double broiler.
  2. Beat whipping cream, stevia and sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Add 1/2 of the chocolate to the whipping cream, mix well.
  4. Add remaining chocolate, mix well. Chill and Enjoy.
