Easy-Cheesy Elegant Dark Chocolate Marble Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 ounce) package  dark chocolate brownie mix (13x9 size)
  • 14 cup water (or what your box mix calls for)
  • 13 cup  oil (or what your box mix calls for)
  • 2  eggs (or what your box mix calls for)
  • 12 cup  swirled chocolate chips
  • 12 cup  semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1  egg
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  2. Prepare the 13 x 9 size brownie mix according to package directions (water, oil, eggs). Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg; mix until well-blended.
  5. Place cheese mixture in dollops over the brownie.
  6. Cut or swirl cream cheese mixture through batter several times with a knife or fork for a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool; cut into squares.
  8. Brownies freeze well.
