Easy Cheesecake Recipe

A quick cheesecake recipe, made in about an hour. You could also use egg substitute instead of eggs.

• Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 2  eggs
• 1  store bought  pie crust

Directions

1. Put cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar in a large bowl.
2. Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
3. Add eggs and mix until there are no remaining lumps.
4. Pour into the pie crust.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
