Ingredients

• 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1  graham cracker crumb crust
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon zest
• 3  eggs

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven 350 F.
2. Use hand mixer.
3. Large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy.
4. add sugar, sour cream, vanilla and lemon zest mix for 3 mins.
5. Add eggs and mix for 1 minute.
6. Pour filling in graham cracker crumb crust.
7. Bake for 40 mins or until middle is firm.
8. Cool for an 1 hour and chill for 3 hours.
