Easy Cheesecake

This is a family favorite and I bring it to pot lucks all the time. I don't know the original of the recipe and don't claim it as my own. I hope you enjoy it!

• Yields: 1 cheesecake

Ingredients

• Cheesecake

• 2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
• 2  eggs
• 2⁄3 cup sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla (I like to go a little heavy on this)
• 1  graham cracker crust (get the extra serving kind, it's bigger)

• Top layer

• 1  cup sour cream
• 2  tablespoons sugar
• 1  teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. With a hand mixer, blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
3. Pour blended ingredients into pre-made crust.
4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Fork check.
5. Let stand 15 minutes.
6. Increase oven temperature to 425.
7. Combine top layer ingredients - sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
8. Pour over baked filling.
9. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
10. Remove, cool and refrigerate.
