Easy Cheesecake

Ingredients
Cheesecake
- 2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (I like to go a little heavy on this)
- 1 graham cracker crust (get the extra serving kind, it's bigger)
Top layer
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- With a hand mixer, blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
- Pour blended ingredients into pre-made crust.
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Fork check.
- Let stand 15 minutes.
- Increase oven temperature to 425.
- Combine top layer ingredients - sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Pour over baked filling.
- Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
- Remove, cool and refrigerate.
