Easy but Amazing Lemon Meringue Pie

This version takes minutes to put together, and we think it's a lot better than the cooked version.

  1. Beat egg whites 'til just about stiff.
  2. Add sugar, whilst beating, 'til stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix condensed milk, beaten egg yolks and lemon juice.
  4. Fill crust with milk mixture.
  5. Top with meringue.
  6. Bake @ 300 deg F until gently browned.
  7. Cool completely in refrigerator.
