Easy Brown Butter Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) box dried gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbles
Directions
- Fill medium saucepan 3/4 full of water. Cover and bring to a boil on high for gnocchi. Stir gnocchi into boiling water; boil 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally or until gnocchi float to top.
- Preheat large saute pan on high 1-2 minutes. Add butter and seasoned salt; swirl to coat. Cook 1-1 1/2 minutes, stirring often, or just until butter turns brown. Note: Butter will burn if over-cooked.
- Drain gnocchi. Remove butter from heat and stir in gnocchi; sprinkle with cheese and serve.
