Easy Breakfast Squares

Ingredients
- 12 ounces frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups ham, diced
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, diced
- 1 green peppers or 1 red pepper, diced
- 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups fat-free half-and-half
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt
Directions
- Grease 9x13 inch glass baking dish.
- Place hash browns in pan. Top with ham, vegetables and cheeses.
- Beat eggs with half and half and salt. Pour over meat and potatoes.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
