Easy Beefy Cheesy Onion Soup

Serves: 3-6
Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 8 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 beef bouillon
- 1 1⁄2 cups boiling water
Directions
- Saute the onions in the butter.
- Add cream cheese, stirring on low heat until cheese is melted.
- Dissolve the boullion cube in the boiling water.
- Add to onion cheese mixture.
- Heat throughly then serve!
