Easy Beef Skillet Supper

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package medium egg noodles
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 (11 ounce) can mexicorn, drained
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink and drain.
- Add tomato sauce and water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and cook for 8 minutes.
- Drain the noodles and add to beef mixture.
- Mix in the corn, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with cheese, cover and cook until heated through and cheese is melted.
