Easy Avocado Wreath

Ingredients
- 5 Hass avocadoes (chilean)
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice or 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- red bell pepper, chopped for garnish
- cracker, for serving
Directions
- Rinse avocados. Cut each avocado in half. Spoon out pits.
- Spoon out the avocado flesh into a large resealable plastic bag.
- Add lemon or lime juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- Squeeze to press out the air.
- Seal the bag.
- Mash the bag with your hands until the avocado is smooth but still has a few chunks.
- With scissors, snip just the corner off one end of the bag.
- Pipe the avocado mixture into a wreath shape on a large serving plate.
- Garnish with chopped bell pepper.
- Serve with crackers.
