Easy Artichoke and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 8 ounces Fontina cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces car marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 4 ounces mushrooms, thinly sliced
- olive oil
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- Roll out pizza dough.
- Sprinkle fontina over, follow with a layer of artichokes and mushrooms.
- Drizzle olive oil over top.
- Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes or until crust is golden.
