Ingredients
- 2 cups butternut squash, cooked and pureed (it's pre-packaged and frozen at the grocery store)
- 1 cup apricot nectar
- 1 tablespoon half-and-half
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ginger
- pepper
Directions
- blend everything and simmer until warm or begins bubbling.
