Eastern NC Slaw

The way slaw supposed to be. Vinegar/mayo sweet slaw. Great for hot dogs, bbq, seafood, etc.

  1. Use box grater to grate the entire head of cabbage into a bowl.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients in a separate bowl until combined.
  3. Pour into grated cabbage and toss until all is combined.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
