Yields: 6 pounds of Easter eggs
Ingredients
- 5 boxes confectioners' sugar
- 3⁄4 lb butter
- 1⁄2 pint heavy cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups peanut butter
- 2 packages coconut
- 1 lb chocolate (for dipping)
- 1⁄4 cup paraffin wax, melted (for dipping)
Directions
- Mix, shape into eggs.
- Coat w/ chocolatewax mixture and cool.
