Easiest Ever Peanut Butter Fix for One

This peanut butter ball recipe was a product of my going off sugar for lent. It also has no powdered milk (I don't have powdered milk like everyone else calls for.) I'm staying off of any powdered, granulated, or substituted sweeteners. Honey is my only permissible sweetener and I needed something peanut buttery/ cookie-doughy so this is what I came up with. Enjoy! P.S. you can use generic peanut butter, but you will probably want to cut back on the honey. Show more
