Easiest Brown Rice Ever

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon or 2 tablespoons soup, base
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground garlic
- 1 tablespoon leafy thyme
- 2 cups brown rice
- 5 cups boiling water
Directions
- Turn oven on to 350 degrees.
- In a covered oven safe dish add oil,bouillon, Pepper, garlic, thyme, rice and boiling water. Stir well and put into the oven for 1 hour. at end of the hour turn oven off and let oven and rice cool. Or remove and let set till water is all gone.
