Dynomite Salad

Ingredients
Dressing
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- crushed pepper
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- salt
Vegetables
- 1 (15 ounce) can artichokes, cut in 1/2
- 1⁄2 Spanish onion, sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 green pepper, sliced
- 1⁄2 red pepper, sliced
- 1 (6 ounce) can whole mushrooms
Salad
- 1⁄2 cup salami, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 tomatoes, cut in chunks
Directions
- Whis together dressing ingredients; don't be shy with the pepper.
- Add vegetables.
- Marinate for 4-6 hours.
- Add salami and cheese.
- Toss together with chopped Romaine lettuce.
- Top with tomatoes,.
- Serve and watch the smiles.
- Cooking time is marinating time.
