Dutch Pepper Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2⁄3 cup light cream
- 2⁄3 cup vinegar
Directions
- Chop cabbage finely, Add salt, sugar, onion, & pepper. Let stand in covered container for 1 hour. Drain. Blend cream & vinegar. Pour over cabbage & mix well. Refrigerate in a covered container.
