Dutch/German Pancakes

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Melt butter in oven. (Careful not to burn).
- While butter is melting, combine remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl. Beat with rotary beater just until smooth.
- When butter is melted, take out and tilt to cover bottom of pan with melted butter.
- Pour combined ingredients into hot skillet.
- Bake at 425 degree preheated oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
