Dusty Candy Pork Chops

These pork chops will make you swallow your tongue they are so good.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine flour, five spice powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Coat pork chops with dust.
  4. Brown in oil in a large skillet until golden, about 4 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake 8 to 10 minutes, until just cooked through.
  6. Add to a skillet the port wine, and apple juice.
  7. Boil 12 to 14 minutes, until thick and syrupy, being careful not to burn.
  8. Return chops to skillet, turning to coat with glaze.
  9. Serve with remaining glaze.
