Duncans Dumb Easy Smoothie

I like to keep it simple--and packed with protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 -3  cups frozen strawberries (thawed)
  • 2 -3  cups  frozen pineapple chunks (thawed)
  • 13 cup  orange juice
  • 1  scoop  zero carb isopure  protein powder
  • 14 -16  ice cubes

Directions

  1. Thaw fruit, do not overheat.
  2. Place juice, fruit and protein powder in blender, blend.
  3. Place ice in blender and blend, adding ice to desired consistency.
  4. Enjoy.
