Dump It in Meatloaf

Okay, I know I called the last one the best ever, but this one is really delicious plus I didn't have to chop anything! My DH loves it and told me to stop looking for any others because this one is it. I did not put a topping on it, but you can serve it with whatever condiments you'd like. I made the recipe up as I went along, so I'm posting it before I forget what went into it. Please excuse any guesswork as to quantities. I just cook, I don't always measure. Show more

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. I start with a wooden spoon just to get things going and I finish with my hands.
  4. When well mixed (it should be nice and moist) plop into an ungreased baking dish and shape into a loaf.
  5. Place dish in oven.
  6. Bake for about an hour or until it is brown on top and done in the middle.
  7. Remove from oven, let sit for about 10 minutes so it will stay juicy inside.
  8. Slice and enjoy.
