Dry Rubbed Rib Eye Steak

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Rub on steaks all over then wrap in cling wrap tightly. Store in fridge for up to 3 days then BBQ.
- You can let sit for less time but the longer the better.
