Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (Guajillo or other 1000-2000 scoville)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sumac
Directions
- Blend ingredients together.
- Store in a dry dark place up to 6 months.
