Dry Barbecue Rub

Yields: 2 cups (approx)
Ingredients
- 2 -4 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons white pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄4 cup red chili powder
- 1⁄4 cup ground cumin
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup sweet paprika
- 1⁄3 cup celery salt
- 1⁄3 cup garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons oregano
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
- Store in a covered glass container in the fridge, or freeze in a plastic covered freezer-safe container.
- To use; rub all over to coat the beef, pork or chicken.
- Marinate if desired.
- **NOTE**this rub is good for all kinds of beef, pork and also chicken.
