Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients together and rub down your ribs or chicks. Refrigerate at least 1 hour (or overnight preferred) before cooking.
