Dried Beef Cheese Ball

This is a recipe my nieghbor Pam gave me a few years ago, I really love ti and it is a favorite of my Dad's. You can increase or decrease the amount of onion and mustard to your own tastes, I like it kind of extra mustardy. Show more

Serves: 10

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package  dried beef (jar or plastic package I do not know the actual ounces)
  • 3  tablespoons  grated onions
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1  teaspoon mustard
  • 2  tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

  1. In a mini food processer, finely chop dried beef. Mix all other ingredients with the chopped dried beef and mix until combined. Form into ball and roll in nuts if desired. Serve with crackers.
