Dried Beef Cheese Ball

My mom used to make this to take to the beach and everyone loved it. It is one of my childhood favorites and very easy to make.

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Yields: 1 large ball

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 1⁄3 cup  creamy Italian dressing
• 3  ounces  dried beef, chopped

Directions

1. Mix together and form into a ball.
2. (Will be a little sticky) Roll in chopped nuts or add a little fresh chopped parsley to the top.
3. Chill for at least 3 hours.
