Directions

  1. Add all ingredients, except baking soda, and mix.
  2. Add baking soda and mix.
  3. It will begin to froth, and that's normal.
  4. Place meat (beef, chicken, pork, venison) in resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes up to several hours.
  5. Grill or stir-fry meats.
  6. Note: Do not leave meat in marinade overnight, as it will soften and flavor meats too much.
