Dressing for Spinach Salad

While I sometimes mix up the ingredients in my spinach salad to accommodate what is on hand and fresh, I always use the same dressing. This is a real favorite for us. I usually use fresh baby spinach, diced red onion, sliced strawberries and pecans in my salad. I sometimes swap out sliced kiwi or even mandarin oranges for the strawberries. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 cup  white balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup white sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
• 2  tablespoons sesame seeds
• 1  tablespoon poppy seed

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients together until thoroughly incorporated.
2. Pour over prepared spinach salad.
3. Toss.
